PAYMENTS
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & Amex. Please note there is a $40 fee for returned checks.
SERVICE REDOS
It is our goal for every guest to leave loving their hair service. If there is ever something you aren’t completely satisfied with, please call within 72 hours and we will help make a plan to resolve the issue.
Each scenario is unique and we will do our best to come up with a solution you will be happy with.
CHILDREN/PETS
We are committed to a relaxing and stress-free environment for all guests.
If your child cannot sit unattended in the waiting area during your service, we kindly ask you not to bring them with you to your appointment.
We use sharp cutting tools, hot irons, equipment, and chemicals that are dangerous to children.
Pets are always welcome to stop in & grab a treat but pets can not be in studio during guest services.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please let us know that you are running late.
We will do our best to adjust our schedule to accommodate your appointment.
Many times we are able to modify your appointment to fit into the remaining time,
but you will still be charged for the scheduled service.
Anything past 15 minutes is considered a “no show.”
CANCELLATIONS
We kindly ask that you provide Lemm1030 with a 48-hour notice for cancellations.
Anything less than a 24-hour cancellation will be considered a “no show.”
First no show: Your first “no show” will result in a friendly reminder of the policy.
To reschedule another salon service, a fee of 50% of your missed services will be applied to your account.
Before booking your next appointment, the salon account must be paid and a credit card must be put on file.
Second no show: You will be charged the full amount of the missed service to the card on file.
This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

*Arrive at the time of scheduled appointment.
*Studio is disinfected & sanitized in-between every guest service.
*If you are experiencing symptoms or feel uncertain emotionally
with having services in the studio, please cancel your appointment.
The health & safety of Lemm1030 Studio's staff & studio guests are of top priority.
Lemm1030 Hair Studio may refuse service if these guidelines & polices are not followed.
